Unlike insurance agents or brokers, we sell no insurance.  Therefore, we have no reason to contract or make arrangements with the brokerage market or insurance companies.  100% of our revenues are from fee based projects.  Our focus is on all risk management issues, not to sell you insurance.  Our goal is to minimize insurance premiums and exposures through:

proper use of policy deductibles, coinsurances, and limits
amendment of insurance provisions to maximize coverage
contract provisions to transfer risk to appropriate parties
effective loss control programs aimed at reducing loss frequency or severity
assessment of internal procedures for handling risk

Since we are "independent", you can trust our only motive is to make sure your entity is properly protecting its assets and earnings streams.
